These Terms govern your use of Gryb and related services.

By using Gryb, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Gryb.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping access to your device and account secure.

You must provide accurate information and must not:

• create an account using false or misleading details
• use Gryb while banned
• bypass suspensions, bans, or device restrictions
• transfer or sell your account

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts where needed for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or enforcement of these Terms.

Purchases, Subscriptions, and Tokens

Gryb may offer free and paid features, including tokens and Gryb Plus subscriptions.

Tokens

Tokens:

• have no cash value
• are not transferable
• may only be used inside Gryb
• are non-refundable except where required by law or the payment provider's rules
• are lost when your account is deleted

Subscriptions

Gryb Plus subscriptions are auto-renewing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price and period (monthly or quarterly) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Cancellations, billing, and refunds for Apple-purchased subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store. Gryb does not process refunds directly for Apple purchases.

Acceptable Use

You must not:

• harass, threaten, or abuse others
• share sexual, offensive, unlawful, or abusive content
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• record calls without required consent
• share another user's private information without authorization
• spam, advertise, or promote without authorization
• interfere with the app, backend, or other users
• use bots, automation, scraping, or unauthorized tools
• violate law, public order, morality, or religious sensitivities
• misuse reports, matching, tokens, ads, or subscriptions

Gryb has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. We may investigate misuse and take action including content removal, suspension, permanent ban, device restriction, or referral to authorities where appropriate. Repeated violations will result in a permanent ban.

User Content

You keep ownership of the content you submit, such as profile photos, chat photos, and messages.

By submitting content through Gryb, you give Gryb permission to host, store, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate the service, maintain safety, investigate abuse, comply with law, and improve functionality.

We may remove or retain content where needed for moderation, legal compliance, security, or operational reasons.

Reporting and Blocking

Every user can report another user or a specific message directly in the app. Reports are reviewed and handled by our moderation system, which may warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts based on the severity and frequency of reports. You can also block any user at any time to prevent further contact.

Intellectual Property

The Gryb name, logo, brand, app design, source code, graphics, and all related intellectual property are owned by Gryb LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of Gryb without prior written permission.

Third-Party Services

Gryb relies on third-party services for things like hosting, communications, notifications, media handling, advertising, and billing.

Your use of Gryb may also be subject to the rules of Apple App Store, Google Play, and your device platform.

Disclaimers

Gryb is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not promise that:

• matches will always be available nearby
• calls will always be uninterrupted or error-free
• the app will always be available or bug-free
• other users will behave lawfully or honestly
• reports will be resolved in any specific timeframe

If users interact outside the app or meet offline, they do so at their own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Gryb will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of the app, user interactions, outages, or third-party service failures.

Our total liability for any claim relating to Gryb will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Governing Law

For users in Saudi Arabia, Saudi law applies.

For users in the UAE, UAE law applies.

For users outside Saudi Arabia and the UAE, Wyoming law applies unless local mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

Before starting a formal legal claim, you agree to first email contact@gryb.app and try to resolve the issue in good faith.

Termination

You may stop using Gryb at any time and may delete your account through the app.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk to users or the platform, engage in abuse or unlawful conduct, or if required by law.

When an account is terminated or deleted, access to tokens, subscriptions, chats, and account features may end, and some data may still be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we may notify users in the app or by other appropriate means.
